Ken has enjoyed a successful career in real estate since 1979 and has been well known in the industry as a top producer for 30 years completing hundreds of residential transactions ranging from small condos to million dollar waterfront estates.

As well as being a licensed real estate agent in California, Ken is also a Broker in Washington State. 

In addition to real estate sales, throughout his career he has enjoyed a variety of different business ventures including building houses, developing land, and co-owning a very prominent building and landscape supply company (retail and wholesale) in Seattle.

This year he and his wife will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary and together they have two children and 7 grandchildren.

Ken Jr. was born and raised in Seattle, Washington.  He began his real estate career assisting Ken Sr. with his various businesses in the Seattle area.  At the age of 19 He obtained his Washington State real estate license becoming one of the youngest agents in the State of Washington.

Ken Jr. graduated from the Master’s College with a Bachelors of Science in Political Studies, attended the American Political Studies Institute in Washington, D.C., and worked at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy under the leadership of 4-Star Army General Barry McCaffrey. 

Ken Jr. has been involved in hundreds of residential, land, and commercial real estate transactions over the years ranging from small executive suite leases to multi-million dollar commercial sales.

He has been married since 1998, has 3 children, is an avid sports fan and enjoys training in Martial Arts and playing Golf.
